Chris Coulter was born in Oceanside
California. He was raised in a
military home and spent his early
years moving all over the world. His
family settled into the Conejo
Valley where he graduated from High
School. He attended LA Pierce
College, Moorpark College and
California State University
Northridge where he studied
Mechanical Engineering and Political
Science.
In 1991, Chris was hired by the San
Bernardino Police Department where
he worked for three years before
making a lateral move to the Simi
Valley Police Department. Chris is
currently assigned to the Traffic
Unit as a Motor Officer and Accident
Investigator. Chris is married and
has two daughters. Chris enjoys
riding and racing motorcycles,
camping with family and friends, and
traveling. Chris has been on the POA
Board of Directors for three years
and this is his first term as
President.
